When you select our Preferred Member Plan, we work with you to develop a personalized service plan that meets your specific needs. Your Preferred Member Plan can also include any of our Boat Care & Maintenance Services and Concierge Services. It’s up to you. Our goal is to provide you with all of the services you need so you can relax and spend your time doing things you really enjoy.

Home Checks
Each Home Check conducted is video-recorded for your records, and
also to be your eyes and ears on the property. You’ll no longer have to
take a company’s word for it; we want to offer our clients a vantage point
that gives you the ultimate peace of mind.

Hurricane & storm prep
Our staff live at the Carolina Coast year-round and are here to help you if the last minute storm warning has you in a bind. Simply reach out to BHBC for Hurricane Home Preparation in Wilmington and the greater coastal areas. We take last minute requests.

Home Checks

During each visit to your home we thoroughly examine the home’s condition and report any items that need attention in a post-visit report. Our home checks include:

A full-exterior walk-through around the entire property to check for any damages or issues, including clogged gutters, broken windows or doors, and signs of water intrusion.

Complete walkthrough of the interior to check for water leaks, signs of break-in, signs of mold/mildew, pest infestation, suspect odors, thermostat operation, and ensuring windows and doors are locked.
