Our services are provided on an à la carte basis OR through a Monthly Preferred Member Plan, which includes creating a customized service package and a regular routine to meet your specific needs. We desire to provide our clients with the most thorough property care, ensuring that all aspects of the home and boat are maintained and functioning properly.

Need a one-time home or boat check, immediate repair, help with a last-minute task, or just want to give us a try? All of our home, boat, and concierge services are available à la carte. Pricing includes remote portal access to video records of all home and boat checks.

Monthly Preferred Member Plan
Let’s make it a regular thing… You’ve seen what Beach Home & Boat Concierge has to offer and you’re ready for ongoing, proactive maintenance and services. With our Preferred Member Plan, you’ll be able to select from our full set of offerings to customize a service package and a regular routine to best meet your needs. The Monthly Preferred Member plan starts with a minimum of 3 months, billed monthly. Preferred Members receive discounted pricing and priority service, and includes remote portal access to video records of all home and boat checks.

Whether you own a boat or have a second home that you use year-round and need help maintaining when at your primary residence, our team at Beach Home & Boat Concierge are here to meet your second-home or boat management needs.
