We offer regular site visits to your property, vendor sourcing and estimates, repair and maintenance oversight services, and emergency services, such as hurricane preparation, to help protect the value of your property and give you peace of mind.
Boat Care & Maintenance
Beach Home & Boat Concierge uniquely offers our clients boat management services from a USCG Master Licensed Captain with more than 20 years of experience on boats up to 90 feet. Not everyone is able to keep up with maintenance during the coldest and darkest months of the year, but running your boat once every 1-2 weeks is important to prolonging its life. Whether you need someone to run and maintain your boat during the off-season or prep your boat for your upcoming visit with the family, Captain Ted is able to keep it running smoothly.
